CaroleAnne Hardy focuses on helping advisors and advisory firms identify their unique voice, articulate their specific value, and leverage digital and social media to establish a consistent brand and create a powerful online presence. Her unique approach blends writing, acting, and cross-industry marketing techniques to help break through the barriers of traditional marketing practices and, ultimately, build valuable relationships that drive new business.
CaroleAnne’s background is far from typical. She trained as an actress, learning how to interpret and become a character. She trained as a writer, learning how to tell a character’s story in a way that induces empathy and understanding. After two years of performing and publishing, she dove headfirst into software marketing at a Big Five consulting firm. Since then, she’s led marketing teams and worked with fast-growing advisory firms to help identify their unique market value, establish a consistent “voice” and brand, and create a more powerful online presence.

Having worked in small studios, ad agencies, and corporations since 1994, Patrick formed Sesko Creative in the fall of 2005. His mission is to deliver direct design support that helps businesses and entrepreneurs create stronger, more powerful brands through strategic design. Patrick loves having the freedom to take full ownership of the design process as he helps clients build visual brands that support their unique voice.
After working together in the corporate world (on the once-great marketing team at Manugistics!), Patrick and CaroleAnne began partnering as independent providers more than a decade ago. The result: an integrated, one-stop marketing shop for clients nationwide.
